Sebastian Lenain

Sebastian graduated from Bath University with a Degree in International Management and Modern Languages in 1999. He worked in corporate roles with recruitment firms and ethical food brands for 10 years before finding himself in a Chiropractors office for some treatment connected with a skiing injury and found it so compelling that he soon found himself working full time on the business side of the profession.

13 years on and The Chiro Collective is the evolution of his passion working in the health and wellbeing space, facilitating the very best events to enable people to connect with what often turn out to be life changing exchanges with the excellent practitioners he has the pleasure of working with.

Founder

Jess Hambly

Jess was drawn to chiropractic as a health profession through a simple principle: that our body is more than just a sum of its parts.

“It is a whole, completely self-healing, self-regulating system,” explains Jess, “and when we have external interference to that system, our body cannot work the way that it was designed to.

“I am continually energised and inspired by the results people see with chiropractic and what a clear nervous system is truly capable of.”

Hailing from Australia, Jess studied chiropractic in Sydney, where she received her master’s degree before working as a chiropractor there for the following 10 years. While working in a family practice with mainly females and children as clients, she decided to expand her knowledge by obtaining certifications in Applied Kinesiology, Neuro-Emotional Technique, and becoming an accredited Doula.

Chiropractor

Silva Harris

Silva discovered the benefits of chiropractic care after having a major health burn-out at age 26. The decision to obtain her Masters in Chiropractic became the next logical step in not only the pursuit of her own health goals, but helping others with their journeys by applying that knowledge.

Silva aims to help her clients optimise their health through a mixture of chiropractic care and lifestyle advice, with a focus on the body and movement. This can be supported through guidance relating to stress, sleep and nutrition.

To enhance her practice, Silva continued her studies at the British School of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM) where she completed her certification as a Lifestyle Medicine mentor/practitioner.

Prior to studying chiropractic, Silva spent four-and-a-half years as a long-haul cabin crew member for Virgin Atlantic, so can understand well the mental and physical demands of a busy work schedule and frequent international travel.
